The New Riverside Works

The New Riverside Works is a conservation led project with a goal to deliver a new development designed to develop a true community along the banks of the Dargle.

The development has been designed by award winning architects Clancy Moore who have drawn inspiration from leading European and Scandinavian models of urban living and crafted a scheme that marries bold design with warmth, human scale, and respect for Bray's architectural and industrial heritage. 

The New Riverside Works includes 54 Design Led Apartments designed to offer homes to young first time buyers in Bray and also to an older generation of downsizers looking to move to a smaller home, but stay within touching distance of all of the facilities they know and love and critically stay in their community as they move into later life.

The development also includes commercial spaces and a residents Gym and Coffee Shop on the ground floor.
